Therefore, chaplaincy students should survey someone tangentially related to the ministry of the chaplain while a Human Services student should probably survey someone in the field of counseling or human services. Seminary students should likewise survey a leader in the field of ministry similar to your future goals. Make sure this is a leader you would be willing to follow. Then explain what you think makes this leader one that is worth emulating? What about this leader’s life encouraged others to follow him/her?
